Gutter Tongs(R) are primarily designed for single-story gutter maintenance, therefore they can only reach approximately 12 feet in height. Fortunately, because of gravity and wind, second-story gutters seldom require maintenance. Second story gutters can be accessed by using an 8 foot ladder, however, due to the danger, we do not recommend it.
